Aged six months in oak. Aromas of fresh-cut wood, banana peel, and agave lead into a dry, elegant palate with roasted agave, wet stone, and bitters. A crisp, clean finish rounds out this refined expression.

Aged for 18 months. Opens with aromas of apple pie and vanilla, followed by a sweet, spiced palate of baked apples, caramel, and warm spice. Balanced with a smooth finish and lingering depth.
